Candice Modiselle was born on the 16th day of May in the year 1995, South Africa. She is also the sister to Bontle Modiselle, another popular thespian in the South African entertainment industry. She has another sister named Refilwe Modiselle.
She lost her father at a very tender age; she barely knows her father. Before he passed away, Candice Modiselle was just a little girl, leaving their mother as the family’s breadwinner. Percy Modiselle, her father, pursued a career in modeling, while her mother, Grace Modiselle, is an entrepreneur.

While working with YoTV, Candice Modiselle landed a recurring role as Lerato on Generations: The Legacy. Later on, she made a debut in the SABC1 soap opera series titled Impilo in the month of January 2017.
