This sweet hack is sure to upgrade any Chick-fil-A meal — except on Sundays, of course.
In a Facebook post last week met with over 17,000 “likes,” chef and social media star Bo Corley shared a thirst-quenching tip.
“Chick-fil-A Cheat Code that’s better than that Sunjoy,” Corley wrote, referencing the restaurant’s classic drink that’s half sweet tea and half lemonade.
“Half Lemonade half hi-c fruit punch,” Corley continued, sharing a photo of the neon-red, iced concoction.
In the comments section, Corley added that the beverage tastes like strawberry lemonade, but is “super balanced,” and it even pairs well with whiskey — if you’re looking to get a little frisky, that is.
The Post reached out to Corley and Chick-fil-A for comment.
Many Facebookers backed Corley’s hack up.
“I’ve been getting it since high school it’s all I get actually really good,” one user wrote.
Another agreed, typing, “My favorite that’s the only way I drink it.”
Others claimed they would try it out for themselves.
“Gotta try it,” one Facebook user commented.
Someone else seconded, “Oh! I’m going to try that!”
Corley isn’t the only Chick-fil-A aficionado with a hack to share.
In March, TikToker @arias_thingz took to the social media platform to share wisdom she said she gleaned from working at the chain for four years.
One hack she offered was for “frosted soda” — instead of ordering frosted lemonade, which consists of blended vanilla ice cream and lemonade, replace the lemonade with soda.
“You can also frost any soda,” she said. “Frosted Dr. Pepper, amazing. Frosted Sprite, amazing. Frosted orange Fanta, tastes like an Orange dreamsicle, amazing.”
She also recommended a “strip sandwich,” which involves replacing the classic chicken patty with chicken strips in a sandwich.
“I always kinda worry when I’m ordering a regular chicken sandwich that even though most of the time they’re going to be really good, occasionally they’re going to be, they didn’t pound it hard enough or the breading’s not even, it’s really thick on one side, really thin on the other, it’s not going to be 100% consistent quality all of the time,” the TikToker explained.
“So what I’ll do is I’ve ordered two strips, a white bun, and a side of pickles, make my own strip sandwich,” she continued.
Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A will be hopping across the pond soon.
The Atlanta-based chain said it will expand to locations in the UK in early 2025.
The company, founded in 1967, has 2,800 locations in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada.
