Australian band With Confidence have dropped a music video for Long Night.
It’s been no secret since Better Weather was released last year that Long Night is a fan favourite. The beautiful, chilling melody and lyrics are enough to reduce fans to an emotional mess. Yes, that includes us too. And this evening, the band have randomly dropped a beautiful video to go with it. Many fans have expressed their happiness and surprise at the music video, causing a buzz across the fandom.
The video features lead vocalist, Jayden Seeley, sitting down and playing the song at his piano. It’s such a simple video but it completely holds the emotional value of the song. Many fans have commented on how a few tears fell during watching it. The whole video itself is pretty dark, creating the haunting vibe of the song. It shows the song is indeed about the pain of a relationship and breakup. Other clips in the song include Jayden sitting by a window and singing the song, again, simple but such a beautiful touch for the song.
